    Very convenient! Telescoping neck allows for any size to use comfortably- my kids love using it. Needs a better dock, to store accessories.

    I received the vacuum cleaner quickly, but the problem is that the floor brush was damaged. So I contacted the seller and opened a dispute on AliExpress. The seller offered to send me a new brush if I removed the dispute, to which I replied that I would remove the dispute as soon as I received the brush. I did not receive any more responses from the seller. I contacted AliExpress and they recommended that I return the vacuum cleaner, but since I didn’t get the return label either, AliExpress refunded my money. So the experience has been very bad with the seller and very good with AliExpress.

    I haven’t used it yet it for a present but the packaging was terrible it had a hole on the bottom and they didn’t even box it in a another box for protection everyone saw what it was as soon as it got here
