What an amazing outfit! This fabulous dior-esque style goes back to fifties glamour and exquisite taste. I can’t get over how well it’s made, almost like highly skiled tailoring. The tights are amazing, they fit so well. The perfect look is all finished off with the elegant slimline belt. This has to be the fashion doll outfit of my dreams. (a word of caution everyone, don’t forget to wrap the elegant hands in a layer of clingfilm so the jacket sleeves can slide more easily over them)

The hat for me was an extra, and i was not going to buy it, but i couldn’t resist it. if you go back to the days of the very elegantly dressed fashion dolls of the fifties and sixties, they all had a hat to compliment their outfits. this particular hat is iconic. very glad i decided to get it. i have some quite small pins and i used one to keep the hat tilted just the way i wanted it. a lovely thing.
