Hello,
I have received the plastic can sealing machine, but the product does not match the description or the images shown on the page.
The supplied white clamping piece is too small and does not allow standard 33 cl / 55 mm diameter cans to be closed.
In the product images and videos, this operation is clearly performed without any issues. It was on this basis that I made my purchase. However, the product received does not allow for this use.
This is clearly a product that does not match the description.
I therefore request the following solution:
Either the free shipment of a larger white adapter compatible with standard cans
Either a return of the product with a full refund
The product is currently unusable.
I can provide photos and videos as evidence if necessary.
I am waiting for a quick solution.
