Product description was mostly accurate. It’s a thin pvc skirt. In my opinion, it is not robust enough to be described as “leather.” I’ll definitely need to spend some time with a garment steamer to get the wrinkles out. I paid usd 14.90, and shipping was fast, arriving in california in under two weeks.
