About Receiving Details

Please provide us with pictures of the damaged product, keep the outer packaging of the product, and contact us promptly for handling; If any damage is discovered only after signing for the package, please take a video of the package being opened, showing the damaged products inside the package and the damaged package, as well as displaying a clear logistics waybill attached to the outside of the package.
