It’s not an EU plug. When measured with a vernier caliper, it’s a 4.8mm plug, so it can be connected directly without an adapter. I really like this feature. I tested it with a multimeter and the grounding works well. There shouldn’t be any risk of electric shock. Electrical safety is the top priority. The maximum water capacity is about 500ml when filled to the max. 0.8L seems to be the total internal space. It takes about 4 minutes and 50 seconds to boil 500ml of water. It takes about 1 minute and 50 seconds to boil enough water for one cup of tea. The internal stainless steel was cleaned with oil remover, and there was almost no abrasive residue. It’s perfect for a household of 1-2 people. Initially, there’s a slight burning smell from the plastic internal heating element, but the smell will dissipate after boiling water. I recommend it.

Great little kettle with minimal power consumption for my camper. ideal for 1-2 people to use. i tested it and it boiled the maximum amount of cold water in about 6 minutes so i’m very pleased with it. please note that it boils max 550 ml of water instead of 800 ml mentioned in thdescription. i had already figured that out from the comments before ordering so it was not an issue for me.
