The sole is foam, very wide even for my foot, perfect for people with swollen feet, my foot length is 23.7 cm, I usually take two sizes larger, considering the high instep and wide foot, but these are too big even for me, suitable for running during the season

Very nice barefoot shoes, I took size 40 (normally 39) and it fits well for my 24.5 x 10cm foot. Enough space for low instep, still plenty of room. For how little they cost, super recommended.
