VERY BAD!! I bought an ice slush machine for my ice cream shop, but first of all, the shipment took much longer to arrive than expected. It arrived in my city on a Tuesday, and they didn’t deliver it to me until the following Tuesday. And when it finally arrives, I find that when I make the first slush after cleaning it, the lemon slush turns black. It turns out that the machine releases grease from the part of the shaft that moves the blades. No matter how much we clean it, grease continues to come out and stain the water with sugar that we are putting in to avoid wasting more slush. I cannot return the machine because I have to pay for the shipping. The house also doesn’t want to take responsibility, the only solution they have given me is to send some spare parts that are supposed to fix the problem, and meanwhile, without being able to sell slushies, losing money and unable to buy another machine, which I no longer want because they won’t refund my money.
DO NOT BUY IT, I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO POISON MANY PEOPLE DUE TO ALIEXPRESS AND VEVOR.
