Very solid and well built grinder. With coupons i was able to get for $151 and it grinds nice fluffy espresso…good clarity on medium roast as well as great body!
One thing i am getting used to is it has one power button, so on or off. Not like my other grinders where you can turn on and then grind by hitting a switch with the portafilter. But this is not a big deal to me. Just wanted to call that out. Sounds amazing. Very quiet and good tone.

Seems to be grinding just fine (still dialing in the settings. The design to get the remaining grounds out is a little inelegant, but it works. The materials feel very premium, but the build quality is a bit lacking – the magnets on the removable spout were loose and came out (o glued them back in) and the magnet in the cup also came loose (which i can’t get to so it just rattles around in there).

This little grinder is incredible and punches weigh above its weight-class and price point. It feels like the entire machine is a single cnc-milled block of metal. The build is solid. It feels like a tank. Even the anti-popcorning insert is metal instead of plastic, which is surprising given the price.
It is also shockingly quiet, which further adds to its appeal. So far, i haven’t noticed much retention or mess when grinding. I use the included spray bottle to rdt, and the included bellows to purge any remnants.
My only gripe so far is that i wish the plug was smaller, but given how small the footprint on this grinder is, i understand why it had to be a small brick.
The seller is also prompt and responsive. Kudos to them as well.

Received with very beautiful box and easy to setup. Just made the first hand pull over coffee with it. Very good. Only the instruction printout is not that clear but with help from other user’s online video it is easy to adjust the scale.

Great price for a great item. Consistent grinds with minimal static and grounds retention, just the bean hopper is a little small and the angle the grinder sits at stops the beans from sliding right into the burr. But not a huge gripe for me, still super happy with the upgrade over a hand grinder. The guide did say about 30+ for espresso but i’m at around 70-75 for my ec685. Makes my workflow much faster nonetheless. Hopefully will last me a lifetime!

Just had it for a day, excellent quality and finish. Very fast delivery. Very low to zero retention, spent some time dialling it in for espresso, still need to hit the right setting but the stepless dial is a pleasure to rotate, very firm & smooth. Fun times ahead with this grinder, i exepct! 🙂

Excellent grinder! heavy, feels solid and well-built. small, takes up very little counter space. grounds have outstanding uniformity with very few fines, producing very clear, defined flavors. quieter than the fellow it is replacing and retains very little of your coffee grounds. i cant find anything i don’t like about it. great value!
