The finish is not good, it looks like it might peel off, and the corners are dented. Besides that, it doesn’t seem to be food-grade stainless steel. After testing with salt water, significant rust appeared in just two days.
Food-grade 304 stainless steel does not rust in about two days.

It feels too thin to use as a kitchen cutting board.
For camping use, it seems to be perfect due to its reduced weight.
Even if it’s not for camping, it’s great for cooking water-free dishes or grilling meat.
It’s okay to use it as a plate.

When you touch it, something slimy comes out of your hand.

I bought it because I thought it would be more hygienic to use a stainless steel cutting board for seasoning. It’s a bit thin (about the thickness of a Daiso stainless steel knife), but I bought it during a sale, so it seems okay for the price. I bought a set of 3 instead of buying them individually. Fortunately, they were delivered without any bending.
