You get over the ugly green color, eventually. They’re larger, so if you’re below like a size us 8, i wouldn’t recommend.. They don’t get incredibly warm, but just enough to dry out shoes damp with sweat in a few hours. The green leds on the control aren’t marked at all, so you have to just remember which one is which. When you activate the ozone sterilizer (which you do by holding the button for 3 seconds when the unit is off), there is no indicator at all that tells you it’s doing anything, it just looks to be off, but it’s not (? ! ). That aside, they work, but don’t expect them to dry shoes that are more than just damp. They are just usb powered after all.
