2. Can the dress be customized or modified?
Each dress has a product ID listed in the title.
Except for models SS001–SS600, most designs can be customized in size and minor design details.
3. How can I contact customer service?
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Beijing Time, GMT+8).
You may leave a message outside working hours, and we will reply promptly.
Return Policy
If you need to request a return:
① Contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress via AliExpress
② Provide a clear reason along with photos
③ Once approved, return the item in original condition and provide tracking details
④ Refunds will be processed within 5–20 business days after we receive the item
Return Conditions
✔ Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags
✔ Returns must be requested before shipping back
✔ As all dresses are made-to-order, please verify measurements carefully before placing an order
✔ Minor size differences of 1–3 cm are considered normal and not quality issues
❌ Free local returns are not supported
❌ Bulk-buy returns (buy-many-keep-one) will not be accepted
❌ Returns caused by customer-related issues (wrong address, missed delivery, customs delay) cannot be approved
