The product arrived in crumpled packaging, with only the steamer itself and instructions inside. I would advise the seller to still use foam or some other sealing material in the box because there is a high risk of damage during such transportation.
The steamer itself works, so I’m lucky; the ironing efficiency hasn’t been tested yet. The plastic casing looks cheap, but overall it works fine; everything is fine with the product. The instructions are clear, the handle is comfortable, and the set also includes a measuring cup.

Received. On the other hand, a small inconvenience. The EU plug does not fit into the Swiss sockets….
So I’m waiting to receive an adapter to check if the device works.
This is the first time an EU plug has caused a problem.
