I would still only use it to reheat food, but that said, it did better than expected.
Make sure to read the instructions.
The trays that the food goes in are made of plastic (seems other buyers assumed they were metal, but knowing that they are not, you shouldn’t be upset upon getting the unit).
Only little issue i had is that the separate lid that encloses the spoon will come open if you tip the main lid upside down,,,,,,,, but that’s no biggie.
Overall, it’s a steal for the price i paid.
