The product is dirty and seems to have been used before; there are moths in the utensils and the pot is broken. I do not recommend this product or the seller; it’s just nonsense. I will ask for a refund. Total disappointment.

The peanut butter machine arrived damaged and it is very noisy to operate. Also the peanuts hardly go through the hole to process. That’s why it states in the booklet but not when you buy the machine that you need to break the nuts up will not recommend it. As you can see in the second photo, the shoot is very very small takes a long time to make a batch of peanut butter.

The machine worked for few days and stopped working and was heating up. when i appealed for a refund, it was simply rejected. no communication from the store owner. the shipping cost to return the item was very high and i was expected to pay it first. the store owner and aliexpress customer service kept ignoring my follow ups and later simply rejected my appeal. so disappointing! didn’t expect such poor service from aliexpress. won’t be purchasing from here again!
