Make sure you select the right adapter. i chose the wrong one at first and had to return. they cannot retrieve the parcel once it’s been shipped (some stores are able to) . expediting shipping does not work, either.

I’ve always had plastic kettles and this one is really an upgrade. Much more hygienic. It’s not even much easier to get my tea at 90 c (or 85 c with this kettle), because it take a while for this kettle to cool off. I have to get up and open the lid to speed up the process. Or wait 15 minutes. But i still prefer to use this one. It’s much prettier, too.
The buttons are hard to press, and the base of the kettle does not have grip material. I put it on a silicone coaster, but it’s still hard. They aren’t that visible, either, so i put white stickers on the buttons, which ruins the streamlined design somewhat.
The eu adapter stuck to the inset of my wall socket, and i doesn’t come loose anymore. Not sure if this is low wall socket quality or a too tight adapter.
