Excellent item although it took a very long time to arrive; but well inside the expected delivery bracket.
The box was slightly damaged, but the kettle was not affected. Xiaomi quality is superb. Love the base temperature display which changes in real time as the kettle boils. This item feels futuristic compared to previous kettles i’ve owned. The design is simple, with a beautiful full food grade steel interior. Outside, the plastic layer looks very aesthetically pleasing, and doesn’t get scalding hot which is great. My only disappointment was with the plug for the power; i feel they could have improved this design. Otherwise i’m completely satisfied 😃

Waited for a month for the product. the kettle needs to be connected to the app so you can set the heating temperature. there are no controls to change heating temp on the kettle. and your app must be set with china as location before you can connect the kettle to the app. water boils really fast and the keep warm function works well.
