Maybe i wasn’t paying attention but it only works when it’s charged never when it’s not. I also wish the air blew stronger from the fan. The lid is also very loose it kinda is just there to be there.

Me receiving the box in a beat up condition was red flag # 1, red flag number # 2 was when i read the instructions, plugged the far in, add the water with ice and turned it on the real problems started because all the water leaked out the bottom of the fan! This is my first time ordering from this site and i hope the return process is as smooth as the order process 😐
