1. Please note this item should get the water first and then link the electricity when installing.
2. You'd better install this item vertically to make sure long service time.
3. Please kindly make a note if you need any adapter.
4. Monitors are not calibrated same, item color displayed in photos may be showing slightly different from the real object. Please take the real one as standard.
Note:
1. No cold water passes through the water heater, the water is low or the water inlet is blocked. Wait for cold water, use under normal water pressure, clean the inlet filter.
2. The shower hose or hose is improperly sealed. Reconnect or replace other hoses.
3. Temperature deviation. Turn off the water heater and let the cold water pass through for a while.
4. Electric leakage. First go to check if there is no problem with the wiring in the home, such as to see if there is a ground wire, if there is no ground wire, connect the ground wire to see if the leakage will disappear.
5. Running lamp: The equipment is not started, ① water pressure is adjusted to 0.04MPa.② still can not be opened to open the water heater

FAQ
Q: I'm encountering the following issues: 1. There's no hot water. 2. The water outlet or inlet is leaking. 3. An E1 error code is displayed. 4. An E2 error code is displayed. 5. An E3 error code is displayed. 6. What does it mean when the fault code appears like a running horse lamp?
A: 1. If there's no hot water, it could be because cold water isn't passing through the heater, or the water pressure is low, or the inlet is blocked. Wait for the cold water and use under normal water pressure. Clean the inlet filter. 2. If the shower hose or hose seal is leaking, reconnect or replace it. 3. If an E1 error code is displayed, the temperature might be skewed. Turn off the heater and let cold water pass for a while. 4. If an E2 error code is shown, it could indicate a leakage. Please contact customer service. 5. An E3 error suggests a temperature probe fault. Please contact customer service. 6. If the fault code is appearing like a running horse lamp, it means the device isn't starting. Adjust the water pressure to 0.04MPa. If it still can't start, you'll need to disassemble the water heater.
