I think the ideal temperature of milk will be 60-65 ° C to get the best frothing, so i also purchased a temperature gage for ideal results. No stainless steel stamp i don’t know if that’s relevant. There was no description of the type of steel, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it says 18-8.
The size is a bit small… I think it will be difficult to make foam with 400ml.

Wow. it works great! my guests were shocked how good and professional is the foam made with this device. however, the build quality is so-so: there are very sharp edges that can cut your fingers, and when you push and pull the central stick, there is high and loud friction between the double disks and the walls of the bowl. the packaging was also very poor – it came in a wrinkled and broken cardboard box (but no damage to the device) anyway, for its price i am very pleased with the purchase, because of good foaming results and strong metal materials.
