Super kettle! Fast delivery! The quality is at a high level, everything works! Very clear and high-quality screen! I chose between the old version of Kettle 2 and the new Kettle 3, I don’t regret waiting for the new version – it takes up less space, the screen is on the side of the kettle, the temperature is visible from any angle. Without the app, there is no option for precise adjustment, but standard modes are sufficient for all scenarios. I set the water heating on schedule, and when I woke up, the water in the kettle was already heated. It’s a nice option, although I thought I wouldn’t use wifi. I will add that in the app you can add your own heating modes, the step for temperature adjustment is 1 degree starting from 40 degrees. Rusted already ! Unfortunately i’m 1 day late for the refund policy . Very frustrating!! Otherwise it is a good product , just annoyed that i can’t get a replacement as 1 day past 15 days 😩

Kettle was purchased as new for full price, but is definitely not new, but used/b-grade. It had no factory outer packaging cover on the kettle itself, kettle has scratches and chips on the bottom, water stains and a rust spot inside. To ship it out as new is just pure scam imo.
Also you can’t really use it through mi home app, because if you switch to chinese server, you won’t be able to use your eu devices on this server like my smartmi humidifier 3.

The kettle arrived in an open box with dried water marks inside. It’s either a return or the seller checks if whey work before shipping, but either way i would prefer not have to guess why it came looking used.
