This metalfish dh380 cooler is the perfect choice for my compact mini-itx build. As you can see from my photo, it has a very low profile (only 38mm) but offers great motherboard coverage. Installation on the am5 socket was straightforward after removing the stock plastic brackets.
The performance is the most impressive part. It has no problem keeping my 65w tdp amd ryzen 5 8400f cpu cool, with temperatures staying in an excellent range even during gaming. The fan is also quiet at normal speeds.
For its small size and great price, the cooling performance is fantastic. I highly recommend this cooler for anyone building a powerful but compact pc where a large tower cooler is not an option

Small but looks good, the air extraction feature is probably the best. Of course, it’s with the radiator in front. It seems very comfortable to me and the perfect size. Above all, it’s for all existing sockets. 10/10

Served well for a mini ITX project, rare moments it reaches 78 degrees maximum with processor and GPU at full load.

Nice little cooler for compact itx builds, noise is ok even at full speed. I think that for tdp around 50-60w is usable, just i dont like the black coating. It’s same as arsylid ai-3900 (on the right, dh380 on the left).

The cooler is fine up to 100w tdp, but the fan is very noisy. I can say it’s a little bit better (maybe degree or two) than noctua l9i, but at the cost of annoying noise. With i7 3770k the cpu temperature does not go beyond 80 degrees with prime 95. It handles also i9 9900 without throttling .
With am4 r5 2600x it’s on the edge, the same as l9a.
All tests done on open air with fan turned to blow in.
I’m satisfied but i expected a little bit more.

1. Overwhelming QHD Gaming Performance
The core of the RX 9070 is its performance. The unique performance of Radeon seems to have reached its peak in this generation. When I played Cyberpunk 2077 or Red Dead Redemption 2 with QHD full options, the average frame rate rarely dropped below three digits.
In particular, I am impressed that even with ray tracing turned on, the screen transitions are smooth enough thanks to the improved FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution) technology this time. The video memory (VRAM) capacity is also ample, providing a pleasant environment without lag even in Skyrim, which has a lot of texture packs applied, or the latest high-spec open-world games.
2. Temperature and Noise: ASUS’s Cooling Expertise
I was worried that the cooling might be weak since it’s a Prime series, but that was a mistake. The Triple Axial Tech (Axial-tech) fan was quiet yet powerful. Even in full load state, the core temperature remained steadily in the mid-60s, and the fan noise was so low that it was almost inaudible when the case was closed.
The part I liked the most is the ‘0dB technology’. When surfing the web or working on documents, the fan stops completely, creating a noise-free environment. Even during gaming, I could barely feel the high-frequency noise (coil vibration), which allowed me to once again appreciate ASUS’s power supply design capabilities. I recommend this product.

This is a low-profile CPU cooler that can be used in small cases. By default, the fan is installed facing away from the CPU, but it feels better to have the airflow directed towards the CPU.
