This is by far the worst app i have ever dealt with. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, i received no effective solutions or even basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to look for alternatives unless significant improvements are made. A truly disappointing experience.

Everything looks fine, but it doesn’t work at all. I’ve already filled it with gas and turned it to maximum. I even tried to light it with another lighter from the nozzle, but it doesn’t work. Don’t buy this product. Very disappointed.
