Important Note Before Placing Your Order

1. This machine is not designed for slicing tomatoes.

2. Since the feed chute is relatively small, a whole onion cannot fit inside. We suggest cutting onions in half before feeding them into the machine.

3. Please adjust the quantity of green onions (or other vegetables) according to the size of the feed chute. (Feeding chute size: width 73mm, height 55mm)

One customer has mentioned that he/she expected to fit multiple bunches of green onions at once, but the machine can only hold one bunch at a time.

Please understand that we did not advertise the machine to hold large quantities of vegetables in our descriptions or videos, as this is based on the actual chute size. If you need to process multiple bunches of vegetables at once, you may consider purchasing several machines and arranging more workers accordingly. We kindly ask for your understanding that unreasonable requests cannot be satisfied.
