It works amazing. I don’t have carpets unfortunately so i don’t know how it works on carpets but it’s removed tough stain so far on my walls and it’s clean my floors wonderfully

Opened box, read instruction manual which is very unclear about the one thing i wanted clarification on: there are two power buttons. One is labeled the power switch the 2nd is labeled flow control switch. Trouble shooting only states to plug it into another outlet.
It’s plugged in, there is a red light that blinks initially then turns solid red but the mop will not turn on. Maybe this one is just defective so i am returning it.
My low rating is because it needs a better instruction manual, it says to assemble it but has no instructions about using the two power switch buttons or any real trouble shooting helpful instructions.

Super fast delivery in 1 week, I just tested it and it doesn’t clean, just a shame the tank is small but otherwise, with an extension hose, it can be used well and heats up quickly.
