When i ordered the fridge i selected ups shipping as i did not live at my address and needed collection point which ups provided. The seller never used the ups just sent cheapest way even though i paid for faster delivery and £53 extra. So fridge and shipping was £84. Well they charged me but never used it i had no tracking info so went to ups address every day to see if it arrived when it did it arrived royal mail and they never told me or gave me tracking. The fridge made a knocking sound when i picked it up and on opening the box the battery was attached and hanging out. I could not turn the fridge on i tried everything but it was broken so returned it. The seller was arrogant and no help at all what would he know anyway he’s just the seller. Return service was excellent but nothing to do with the seller and i got my money back straight away.
