Poor quality control.
The hole in the cover is not properly aligned, and someone over-tightened the nut that holds the blade, so I had to cut and replace the cut pieces in order to remove the blade.
The product does its job, but when buying this type of tool, you expect it to work right away without having to turn it into a mini-project before you can use it.

The experience with the product was disappointing. Although the machine appears to be of good quality, in practice it does not deliver what was demonstrated at the time of purchase.
I conducted tests on different days following the manufacturer’s instructions (carrot and sweet potato), and in both cases the machine did not chop correctly, retaining more than 50% of the food in the grid, resulting in waste. Initially, I thought it was a lack of skill, but the problem persisted.
Furthermore, the lid is not stainless steel as expected and already has rust spots. Food gets stuck in the grid and there is no accessory to remove it, making cleaning difficult and also causing cuts to the fingers.
In light of the high amount paid, plus the taxes, the frustration is even greater. I had high expectations for the product, but unfortunately it does not deliver what it promises. I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT!
