The product arrived properly protected. It is a very functional kettle that meets its specifications. I live at 2400 msnm and the water boils at 92°C; the sensor detects boiling at that point. I tested the keep-warm function and everything worked well. I recommend considering that when boiling water, do not fill it completely, but to a maximum of 70 or 80% of its capacity.
