It arrived well, the box a little dented but nothing, everything perfect, it seems to work although I don’t know how to attach it to the bottle since it doesn’t fit, but otherwise everything is perfect and fine. I hope it lasts a long time. Thank you and have a happy day.

Excellent product! The family loved it; but only two details are missing: it doesn’t include instructions! We learned how to install it by intuition, but I recommend that some instructions come with it, or make a video that shows how to use it, not just what it looks like. And they don’t come with adaptable lids. I had to improvise with the lid of the jug (one of the 8-liter ones from Mercadona) and that’s how we used the lid on each jug. So it would be good if they included the lid adapters.

My brother is disappointed ☹️ both of us made the mistake of not carefully reading the comments and didn’t realize that the color is not completely silver, it’s white with silver and in the advertisement it seems like it’s completely silver. He asked me to make it clear that it’s not the color they promise and to give it a medium rating, we haven’t tried it yet.

The product looks as described. However, it does not charge the battery when plugged in, so I could only use it with the factory charge. This initial charge lasted long enough for days to pass and I couldn’t initiate a claim.
I want a new device or my money back.
