Excellent product. We are very satisfied with the purchase. It heats up quickly in 15 minutes and cools down quite fast considering the temperature it reaches. Ideal for crew members who do not have to eat from catering and often do not have a place to heat their food, as is our case. It is quite compact. As you can see in the photo, you can either put the food directly or place the tray they give you on the plane directly on top so you don’t have to clean and it heats just as well.
