I haven’t installed the products yet (3 electric faucets), but I bought them with flexible outlet pipes and they sent them with rigid, non-flexible pipes. AliExpress has no other option except to refund the entire order, and contacting the supplier has not received a response so far. It’s a shame, I’ll have to think about whether to continue buying from the site, since I won’t be sure what I’ll receive.
