Ordered may 6. arrived may 15. fast shipping and fully tracked. horrible shipping, looks like it got kicked like a football all the way from china to canada. only the box in a mail bag. box was very damaged. tested and seems to work okay. but there is no buzzer when the cooking is done. there are no reliable english instructions. it does shut off but you have to be watching closely to catch them when finished to put in ice bath. cooked according to instructions i found online. makes eggs soft boiled-runny yolk. i would cook longer if you prefer hard boiled. i guess it’s okay but not what i had hoped. overall review just okay.
