How to Use
1. Before making, wash your hands, the tools that you will use to make yogurt need to be disinfected;
2. Pour in milk that has been left at room temperature and has a high butterfat content;
3. Put in the leavening agent and stir continuously with a tool for 1 minute until the leavening agent is completely dissolved, the dosage ratio is 1g of leavening agent to 1L of milk;
4. Cover tightly and turn on the power, let it stand for 8-10 hours at room temperature environment (above 17℃), do not open the cover in the middle.

Easy to make. Put whole natural yogurt in the container, add some milk and stir, then keep adding milk and stirring until the container is full, turn on the machine, tamp down and wait 10 to 12 hours, then put in the refrigerator and serve…

If you want a device where you pour uht milk with a spoon of yoghurt and get more yoghurt after 12h, this works. However, i don’t recommend it.
*this device holds a max of 900 ml if you fill it to the brim. Which is annoying as all cartons are 1000ml.
* at a room temp of 31c, it took it 6 hours to go from 29c to 42c and another 6 hours to go from 42c to 46.5c, suffice to say, this is constant heat device as one would expect.
So why not recommend? Get your self an insulated food container, heat the milk to 44c pour it with a spoon of yoghurt and leave it for 8 hours and you are done. Yo can use 1l or 4l if you have, more efficient, faster and easier to clean.
This can be useful for natto though as you need heat for 24 hours.
