Absolutely garbage experience. The package arrived crushed first of all. The item does not get very hot at all. Idk if i got a defective product but it would never heat past a point where it was toobhot to touch. It did nothing to get the wrinkles out of denim and does not work as a steamer so they have no business labeling it as such. I tried to process a return and they pushed back on me 3 times. Don’t advertise free returns if you are going to challenge the return like this is a court of law and i have to continually provide “more evidence for the dispute.” They don’t stand by their product and refused to accept the return. Smh. 0/10
