2.Please kindly note this product is customized item, the return policy differs from that of regular products, it is not eligible for return without
courage you to contact with the seller for more details.
3.Your order will be processed within 5 days after payment. We cannot guarantee the delivery time for all buyers as customs clearance times vary in different countries, which may affect the shipping time of your items.
Notice:All sizes take by hand. Measurement will be 1 to 3cm difference by different way.

Shipping Method
Items will be send by UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS,China Post etc Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL -Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. -Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.
Tips:
a. We only ship to your confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase, P.O. Boxes and military addresses (apo, FPO) cannot be delivered.
b. If you come from Brazil or Russia , please leave your full name. (according to the adjusted postal policy of Russia and Brazil, the consignee's name must be the complete name.)
c. About Tax, Customs are beyond our control, we do not guarantee about this and will not bear the Tax fee. You can let we know the right declare price for your parcel.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Almost all the products in our store can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.
Tips:
a. We don't accept returns for any custom made gowns.
b. We don't accept returns for the reason nothing to do with size and quality! For example "I don't like it", "I order it wrong", "I find another dress more cheaper".
c. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you ( Only for standard size dress ), please contact us within 48 hours after you receive the dress ! Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging. If there is any dust , dirty spots , change and so on , we shall not offer refund.
d. Customers should afford the shipping cost for shipping back the dress and the custom duty if there is.
e. For free shipping and free custom size orders return,the shipping cost which we paid to ship the dress to you and custom size fee will be deducted from your total amount.

1. When should I order my wedding dress?
All of our gowns can be made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. The made-to-order dress takes about 15-25 days to make. If the process is complicated, it will take more time. Please allow enough time for the production and transportation of the dress. We recommend 2-5 months.As for standard size gowns, it takes around 2 weeks before we ship out your gown.
2. My wedding is coming up in a few weeks, do you have rush order options?
We offer rush order options for brides that need their dress ASAP. Rush fees will apply. If you are in need of a rush order, please contact us in time.
3. Will I need alterations?
All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer alterations services after you have received your dress nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using your bust, waist, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements before making to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you find a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately.
