Ultrasonic transducer also called ultrasonic vibrator, which can convert high frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy effectively. Ultrasonic cleaning transducer is the core component of ultrasonic cleaning machine. It consists of a radiation head, an electrode sheet, a rear metal cover, a pre-stressed screw (screw), a piezoelectric wafer, and an insulating tube. The characteristics of transducers depend on material selection and manufacturing process.
How to choose the ultrasonic frequency?
1) Below 40KHz, generally used for cleaning ordinary industrial parts or more dirt, such as hardware machinery parts to remove oil and wax and other work. (The more dirtier and harder to clean, need to choose the more lower frequency)
2) Above 40kHz, mostly used for precision cleaning , such as optical/optoelectronic glass devices and semiconductor materials/devices and other parts of precision cleaning.
