I ordered 2 pieces. They arrived in different packages. The second package arrived without issues, but in the first one, the box was more wrinkled and 2 buttons popped out of their mounts. The photo shows that they are slightly higher than the others. The springs are so powerful that they simply eject the button, although pressing it works fine. I simply removed the springs from under the button, it became lower than the others, but it still clacks and works. Otherwise, it’s a very cool shredder for the price/quality ratio, I recommend it.
