The surface material is different from the photo, there are many scratches, and it looks like a used item. It’s still usable, but it’s quite disappointing.

I received a refund for the defective item, but the cost performance is not bad at all.

The lower part is just placed on top, and all functions are included in the upper part, so it doesn’t secure well.
The button is touch-sensitive and recognizes well.
The problem is that sealing doesn’t work well. It seems like preheating is needed, but there is no preheating function and sealing needs to be done about three times in a row.

Well, I have used it three times and one of those times the seal did not work. Soon after, there was air in the package.

The heat output of the vacuum sealer’s heating element is excessive, causing the plastic to burn.
After testing the packaging several times, there is a strong smell of burning plastic and smoke left behind.
The vacuum sealer needs to slightly melt the packaging film to seal it properly.
In the end, I decided to fix it by layering two sheets of glass tape over the heating element and it turned out to be quite usable.
If you are looking for a satisfactory vacuum packaging machine, this is the one to consider.
If you have glass tape like me, go for it.
