The package arrived in a timely manner and everything was solidly packaged. All equipment was sturdy and operational. I did struggle at 1st learning how to operate the machine, and thought i wanted to return it. The seller was very cooperative and promptly sent me all return information. He also sent a helpful video troubleshooting the user issues i was having, which was very helpful. I figured out what i was doing wrong and fine tuned my process and was able to make really nice magnets consistently. I decided to keep the machine and am very happy with it. I am also highly satisfied with the seller and his company. The same machine is sold through amazon at a much higher cost. I am overall extremely satisfied and will continue to do business with this seller and order any future materials for this machine from this company.

Fantastic quality, packaged arrived before estimated arrival date. Very well packed to ensure nothing would get damaged. Initially had an issue where my magnets werent made correctly, but the seller was quick to respond with solutions. Even sending a instructional video. Would highly recommend! Very happy with this magnet press! i have no experience with making magnets and i was very nervous to order a press since there are so many options out there. this machine definitely lives up to its positive reviews- it works perfectly, it’s good quality, and even the very first magnets that i made came out perfectly! for the price, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this machine. not to mention the shipping was super quick and reasonably priced with the option to order from a us based warehouse. i plan to purchase my next size press from this company as well!
