The skirt fits surprisingly well, it’s fluffy and slimming. The color is actually dark blue, navy. The wide waistband is quite tight, but doesn’t roll up or feel constricting. I will wear it on my hips because at a height of 166 cm it falls 17 cm above the knee if worn at the waist. If you want it longer, you need to take a larger size. The fabric is clearly thin synthetic material, but it doesn’t pill and is soft; for such a low price, it would be strange to expect something different. Overall, it looks very good and fully meets expectations.
