HOW TO USE
Setting Up The Bedsheet
1.Place the sheet on the bed.
2. Insert one end of the Earthing cord into the ground port (third hole)
of a properly grounded wall outlet or connect to cord of an Earthing
ground rod placed in the Earth outside.
Snap the other end of Earthing cord onto the receptor tab on the sheet.
3. When you lie down any bare skin contact will transfer the Earth’s energy to your body once you connect the sheet.
How To Wash and Care For Your Earthing Sheet

The silver thread is vowen in small squares, not like others in rectangles which should means more silver thread in the bedsheet. I would say it is working, i have less back pain in the morning, better sleep. During holidays i share the bed with my kid and she’s falling asleep faster than usual. Also the little bracelet was a nice surprise, i use it when i work on a computer.

After testing it with a multimeter, i found it works perfectly. Since using it, my sleep has been deep and uninterrupted. I no longer wake up during the night. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in body aches. Earthing has truly made a positive difference for me.

The sheet is very small in both width and height. . I am very short and my body can barely fit in on this sheet. What a waste of my hard earned cash! . I also don’t experience anything. So i think this was a gimmick. Not recommending.

Used a universal conductive rubber mat and slept better when sleeping on the mat. It was wearing out so I bought this silver thread blanket. I have already installed it on the grounding rod and will monitor its performance over time. But I only realized it when I laid on it. The anesthetic action is anti-inflammatory

Fit well, the material is also good. I made a test with a multimeter and the body voltage was lower twice than usual but not 0v like a feet pad. I think it works at all because you slept 7-8 hours per night and if you have direct contact it works.

Wow, I am very satisfied. For a few years now, we’ve been sleeping with a fitted sheet on the mattress. We decided to buy the flat sheet for added comfort. I even have the pillowcase.
I, who am very sensitive to the energy that flows, feel an incredible sense of well-being. The first nights are an adaptation because I feel everything flowing, it’s a special feeling. I highly recommend it for a good reset during sleep.

I am no expert though from what i can see this is a quality grounding sheet. containing twice as much silver as similar looking items i have assumed that it will do a better job. presentation is excellent, the sheet is well folded and the plug and cable mean that setting up is simple. it also comes with a carry bag, which i assume is for when one travels and wishes to take the sheet along because the benefits of using it are very good. delivery to france was very fast, so no issues there. as regards the benefits of sleeping on it i cannot yet say, the sheet arrived yesterday, it will be set up for tonight’s sleep. likely 30 days will be a good point for a performance review. i continually monitor the quality of my sleep so evidence based results will be a simple matter. hopefully ali express allows editing of reviews.

The photo shows it differently because in the photo the sheet has double fabric, but this one is just a single layer. However, what matters to me is that it works and I see results. It comes very well made and presented. I am satisfied.

I’ve used this on mydouble bed, crosswise, below my pillow line. It reaches close to the bottom of the bed. I was going to leave it longer for my review but after two nights feel confident that the grounding sheet is having a good effect. Both mornings i have got out of bed with less stiffness and feeling focussed and generally good.
For actual evidence that grounding makes a difference, i swing a kettle bell daily and in between routines when i need to catch my breath, i often try standing on one leg with my eyes shut. Lately, i have not been able to hold that for more than a second on the left foot and 3 seconds on the right. The last two mornings i can stand on either leg with my eyes shut comfortably balanced for well over 5 seconds. Didn’t test for longer. Thank you to the seller.

I was a bit sceptical, but my wife really believes in this, and it works. you can feel the discharge of excess charges built up during the day. but you need to be touching it direct during sleep, otherwise nothing will happen. if you don’t want to concern with touching during skeep, use the brace instead, work just as well. the fabric is high quality, so overall a good buy.

I don’t have a grounded power strip in my bedroom, so I use an extension cord that is also grounded. With the long cable that was included, it’s quite easy to connect the cord. I put the sheet under my fitted sheet, which works perfectly. I must say that I slept well and soundly, and with less pain, the hernia woke up.
So I definitely recommend the sheet.
