Level selection

When VIO is connected to 3V3 through a short-circuit cap, the TX/RX/RTS/DSR level is 3.3V.

When VI0 is connected to 5V through a short-circuit cap, the TX/RX/RTS/DRR level is 5V.

When VIO is connected to the target device power supply, TX/RX/RTS/DRR is determined by the target device power supply, and the level range needs to be between 1.8V and 5V.

4.5V/3V3 does not have anti backflow function. When the target device is powered on, it cannot be connected to 5V or 3V3. Common ground is sufficient.
