How to Return
①Within 7 days of receiving the dress, please contact our customer service team via AliExpress to request a return. Provide a clear reason for the return and include photos as evidence.
②Our team will review your reason and the supporting photos to determine whether the return is eligible.
③Once your return request is approved, please ship the dress back to us in its original condition. You will need to provide the return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
④After we receive the returned dress, we will process your refund within 5–20 business days.
Return Conditions
①We do not accept free local return, as we are unable to receive the dress back.
②Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the dress.
③All our dresses are made-to-order, including standard sizes. Therefore, we strongly recommend carefully comparing your measurements with our size chart before placing an order to select the most suitable size. (If you believe the received dress significantly deviates from the size chart, please provide photos for reference. Please note that variations of 1-3 cm may occur due to material elasticity and manual measurement, and such minor differences are not considered sizing issues.)
④Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
⑤We cannot accept returns that are sent back without contacting us first.

Alhamdulillah, the dress arrived in a short period of time, it took about two or three days to prepare and package it because the dress was in stock. Once it was shipped, it took about five days to arrive. Before ordering, ask the store if the dress is available or not and inform them of your size; it usually takes a day or half a day to respond. Unfortunately, I ordered it without checking if it was available and paid extra money for it to arrive quickly because I thought it would be late since the dress is tailored and my event is soon. But it turned out to be available and my size was there, and the extra money I paid went to waste. But let’s say, Alhamdulillah, now the dress is amazing and has a strong shine; it really deserves every riyal. Even the stitching is clean from the inside and comfortable for movement, but it doesn’t allow you to lift your arms up. Something is not important, the most important thing is comfort while walking. The second thing is that the dress is very long, I’m 156 cm tall, maybe 155 cm, but the important thing is that it’s long. Keep in mind that if you order it, you might need to shorten it by 17 cm to fit me properly. The third thing I noticed is that the dress falls apart when it touches something like a sofa or anything else, but it’s just a little bit that falls apart, nothing significant. And the color of the dress is lighter than in the picture, but please pray for my success.
