Just received the item, not had the chance to use it

Bought this for my mouth guard as it shows in the images, tried it several times over a few days and it’s not cleaning it at all. Bubbles are mentioned but only saw them the first time using the machine and they were all at the bottom of the machine the whole time. I would say that the vibration is just standard and not enough to shake out dirt from anything.

It doesn’t work properly…the timer doesn’t function…it changes randomly the display and doesn’t clean my night mouth guard.
I select 10 minutes the program and the device starts but the timer jumps at different random minutes like carzy…maxim it working 3 minutes. The device is clean and dry, has no reason for the display to malfunction. I will have to look for a different device.
