Okay so they are rather small, and i think they are more in line with a shoe warmer than a dryer. There is no air blowing or circulating it only gets warm.

You plug in the power outlet and it turns on, it has no switches or timers. It heats up slowly, it doesn’t blow hot air but it heats itself up consequently warming the shoe. It takes a few minutes, depending on the condition of the shoe.

It arrived safely, thank you very much. I ordered it on march 4th and it arrived in japan on march 10th. I bought it to dry my wading pants, but the forked cord is a little short, so it seems impossible to just drop it into the wading pants. It seems like it would work if it was opened up to about knee height. It seems to be intended for use up to boots. When it’s turned on, it seems like the only thing that’s lit up is the led light, there’s no sound or anything. I hope it works.
