It was shipped quickly and arrived fast, but the packaging carton was demange and soaking wet, luckily the items still intact. The courier company could at least but it in a plastic bag to prevent it from the wet weather.
I still give it five stars for the items, because i already used it to clean few windows outside that were never washed for more than 10 years. It is very light weight and very easy to use, and the metal bars are firm and did not bend. And ut clean very well. Love it.
