Excellent product. It’s a solid machine, beautiful and works perfectly in all 4 modes. The box arrived a little dented, but inside the product is well protected with bubble wrap and other cushioning. Additionally, from what appears in the photos, it comes with an extra whisk accessory and a small, lightweight sponge cleaning tool to avoid damaging the interior.

Foaming, especially in heated mode works perfectly.
Coating inside is a bit non-sticky but it’s not very fancy, premium one so foam sticks to sides and you need a spoon to fully get it out.

Love it, great device, firm foam, bit small unfortunately – two cups are almost too much. Not sure if bigger space secure the same result. Anyway it is still great and if you have visitors it still works quite fast
