Working great! Using italian gelato recipes but be aware, it is more akin to chemistry than common cooking, every gram counts! Using the right ingredients is also mandatory to get a real artisanal gelato comparable to the one made by professionals. Warning! Do not power the machine the same day you receive it, let it sit upright for 6 to 12 hours, the oil must be left draining to his reservoir after the delivery guys have shaken it and probably turned upside down. I’m getting very positive feedback from guests tasting the gelato made from this machine, but i must repeat myself here, find a good book about italian gelato, with balanced recipes and everything else related to it. Good luck.

Wow!, i received this ice cream maker crazy fast and in perfect condition. I ordered on friday and received it on sunday, two days later. I was amazed. The vevor ice cream machine works excellent btw. Great price and excellent service from this seller.

I’ll start with the less positive aspects: it’s quite bulky and noisy. But the price is affordable and the ice cream is excellent, soft and dense. The various parts (basket, blade) are solid and durable, cleaning is easy: you remove the basket and everything goes in the dishwasher. The selection menu is minimal: ice cream, mixer, cold maintenance, time adjustment (not used yet: the default settings are fine). Usually I use a little less than the maximum dose and 45-50 minutes are sufficient for a satisfactory result.
The recipes provided are really few but they are easily found online. The spoon provided is definitely basic.

We got a package in proper timeframe, but fun stared when we wanted to test the functionality of the machine; Only cooling was working other 2 functions not; We contacted seller and gave him video to see the behavior; Result from seller was that we should disassemble the machine and check what’s the issue there, what we do not agree due to loosing of warranty; Seller is basically repeating same bullshits that we should disassemble it . . . Thus we decided to open dispute and send the package back to the warehosue; This costs us money and time; I do not recommend this seller

I had a shipping issue and had to reorder so i can’t review the item. The seller; however, was amazing. They stayed in constant contact and worked with the shipping company and me to get it resolved. When it was clear the package was lost, they sent a link for a refund that was processed immediately. So happy with how it was handled that i immediately reordered from them.
