It made very nice reuteri cream product. However there is no instructing on how to operate the machine and the unit leaked water from the back rear leg. There was a crack in the plastic pail. The temperature setting is not accurate and fluctuates +- 4 degrees f.

The temperature on the display does not correspond to the temperature of the water in the bath. when setting to 40 ° actual temperature 42.9 ° -43.3 ° (thermometer tested in laboratory). The glass jars are damaged and finding the same size is a problem. The price of the device was inflated; after purchase, I found the same one with an Australian plug for 1.5 times cheaper. Replacing the plug takes 5 minutes. look at cheaper options. The packaging of the device is beyond praise. The package arrived in 10 days.
