Please ensure that the water flow rate is kept within a reasonable range:
1. Instant water heaters do not have a built-in tank; their heating temperature is influenced by the inlet water temperature, water flow rate and power output. As the inlet water temperature and power output are fixed, please refer to the temperature test table and ensure the water flow rate is kept within a reasonable range; otherwise, the desired temperature cannot be achieved.
2. The current water flow rate is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. If the temperature fails to reach the set value, this indicates that the water flow rate exceeds the unit’s capacity. Please reduce the water flow rate by adjusting the tap or shower head to keep it within a reasonable range:
3000W model: Maximum water flow rate in summer is 2.1 L/min; maximum water flow rate in winter is 1.0 L/min
5500W model: Maximum water flow rate in summer is 4.3 L/min; maximum water flow rate in winter is 1.8 L/min
Regarding Water Pipe Installation:
The heater's connection features a standard 1/2-inch threaded port. Water pipes should be screwed directly into this port. The use of adapters is strictly prohibited, as this may cause leaks.
Regarding installation environment specifications:
Different power ratings require distinct wiring specifications. The 110V 3000W unit necessitates 2.5mm² wiring, the 220V 3000W unit requires 1.5mm² wiring, and the 220V 5500W unit demands 2.5mm² wiring.
Regarding the display not lighting up after powering on:
This may be due to the machine’s overheating protection switch being triggered. After installation, please carry out a water circuit test first; only switch on the power once the test has been successful, otherwise the overheating protection may be activated.

The device arrived in good time, was well packed and complete with 4 screws, wall plugs and printed short manual in english. You’ll need 2 aaa batteries for the remote control.
Installation was easy and the power plug fits in a standard 10 a outlet. The water connectors match the standard 1/2 inch fittings form the hardware shop.
To connect the outlet with the mixer tap an extra short braided hose fitting and a double male adaptor was necessary as the existing tap connection was too short to reach.
The remote control can come handy for setting parameters as the device is hard to reach under the sink.
The heating power is enough in summer. In winter i will have to work with smaller flow rates which is to expect with a 3000w booster.
What i don’t know from the manual is the criteria when to descale the device and what the standby power consumption is.
So far i can recommend this 3000w heater for a kitchen sink.

I am completely satisfied with the product. Arrived well-packaged in its original factory packaging, delivery was timely and free of charge. I installed it under the kitchen sink and the 3 kW power turned out to be sufficient, which reassured me greatly. I think that for the shower, a higher power output is needed for comfortable use. The product itself makes a good impression, the water pipes are metal, and the weight is quite substantial, which may indicate the quality of the construction, although I haven’t looked inside yet. In the future, I plan to replace the relay with a 25-ampere thyristor to extend the service life, but this requires disassembling the device and having the necessary experience and knowledge. Personally, I can recommend this heater for use, but the choice is up to each of us. I wish everyone all the best.
